This app is unreliable. Among other problems, the video feed, including sound and breath rate tracker, won't load at night. The discrepancy from daytime use (during the day, the sound cuts off after 10-30 minutes, but video works--most of the time) tells me that the company most likely needs to work in their server, because it's getting overloaded. Please don't buy a miku--you'll just make it worse for those of us who already wasted our money.

Cellular network (AT&T 5G) never works with this thing. Even with wifi, takes such a long time to load. Battery consumption is super high with the app running in the background. I escalated this to customer support, but nothing yet other than they are monitoring.. I want to keep using it, but the fact that it doesn't work with cellular network is huge pain point and I am now considering returning it.

Camera works great, in the rare instances that it works at all. Almost never able to view the monitor without force stopping and reopening the app, and often only several times and waiting for several minutes for the app to connect. Also, the alarms for no movement come worryingly late. Very dissatisfied given the cost of the system. Miku needs to get their app working ASAP.

If I could give zero I would. Constant connectivity issues. Miku will have white light on meaning its connected but will not show up on my phone, will say disconnected. I have tried unplugging it, shutting down app, reinstalling the app, restarting my phone and nothing works. I have already tried contacting customer support with no advise on how to get working again. Worst waste of money yet. I need reliability.

Deeply disappointed in the app. Like many, spent several hundred on a product and expected the app to work. We have done all the suggested support fixes and it still works intermittently. We even bought a wifi extender and positioned it outside the baby's room, but it still has the same video disconnect problem and the delay from when the app says he's awake is like 5 min. Multiple updates to an app for it to not actually work better seems pointless.

The app takes so long to connect to the monitor. Often I have to exit the app, turn off/on my wifi, restart the app, wait another minute for it to connect and then maybe it will. Other than that it's fine. But if you can't connect to it you can't use it.
