They are airing commercials in my area but all addresses in my area can't be loaded

There is no replacement for a Real Estate Appraisal because you cannot take the human element out of credible property valuation, but I find Upraze a slight step up from other services such as Zillow. The term True Value used in App is misleading. I tested it on multiple simple properties with ample data, and it failed to fall within 10% each time. Good to use for an idea on value ONLY, and I like the updates selection options.

the level of information that you get is quite basic. The most disheartening thing however was I immediately began to receive spam connected with this app. I have been marketed to uncontrollably regarding my property ever since I installed this app. Stick with Zillow.

No app will be able to be as reliable as an appraisal. There is no secret algorithm that produces an fair market value. All markets vary, all data sources have flaws, and all the data provided can be subjective.
