A due passi dal fiume Po e ai piedi di Superga, nell’aprile del 1998 apre a Torino la Gelateria Ciacci. Mastro gelatiere è Cristian Ciacci, terza generazione di una storica famiglia di ristoratori da sempre attenti alla qualità dei prodotti, alle tradizioni e ai gusti del pubblico. Il nome Ciacci è sinonimo di qualità, gusto, tradizioni e simpatia. Da ben 50 anni questa famiglia di ristoratori coltiva la passione per il cibo e la ristorazione, tanto che dire Ciacci a Torino equivale a dire buon cibo e genuinità nel rispetto delle tradizioni. Con alle spalle una solida esperienza, iniziata lavorando a fianco del padre Catullo Ciacci, che per anni ha gestito l’omonimo ristorante torinese, Cristian Ciacci, con la moglie Giorgia Andolfo, dal 1998 colora le giornate dei torinesi con gelati dai mille sapori, granite, sorbetti e ghiaccioli di frutta fresca.
È lo stesso Cristian a mettere a punto ricette sempre nuove e lui stesso seleziona le materie prime.
