The app works, but the interface seems from the 90s and if you book a washing machine while still occupied by someone else who doesn't pick up his stuff, there's no way to cancel the booking. The results is that people casually book the machines just to find an available one

Super annoying to use. Making washing machines dependent on internet is about as dumb an idea as the fridge only running while having a signal... Happened many times that the machines appear functional, but you can not wash, because their internet connection is down. In that case they should just let you wash, especially if that issue persists for days! It's also useless that the app tells you a machine is free as soon as it is done. They have a door sensor, so should know when beeing empty...

The app is unfinished. My biggest concern is NO SECURITY - the washing machine can be opened by anyone, not just the payer. The app sends false messages about finished washing. I constantly get error dialogs about the servers being unavailable even though I didn't make any requests. And they layer up on top of each other, up to 10 at a time. I can't change my currency. And the design is just terrible - missing padding, ugly icons, different styles of icons, too long labels in the nav bar...

UX is terrible, pricing is terrible, and top up only starts from 20 euros, which sucks for travel because you'll never use the entire amount. There should also be a QR code alongside the number, so you don't accidentally start a wrong machine.

Extrem long response time until the system starts the machine (if it does). In general the app is slow and buggy, the chat function couldn't be much worse implemented, which is a problem as you need it quite often because the machines aren't working. A company like Miele should not launch such a system in this prototype state as every error causes real trouble for the user... the old system was good, so why replace it with something that doesn't work? Used it 6 so far, just bad experiences.

As a user, I want the timer to count the duration and not remaining time so I have no idea about how long is left for my wash and I need to set my stopwatch on my phone. Also fix the access token refresh issue, keeps crashing the app on re-oprn on my P5
