Met beaucoup de temps à s'ouvrir et quand il y a une alerte trafic, on ne peut pas ouvrir l'application directement depuis l'alerte, la première page de l'appli apparaît pour 1seconde et se ferme immédiatement. Et impossible de classer les favoris comme on le souhaite, dommage quand on a une station qu'on utilise plus que d'autres (maison, boulot, loisirs...)

I love it. Please continue to improve. If you can add kind of alert to let
the user to know when to leave for the station when the user schedule the
time to take him to reach the station and the time when he wants to take
the transport

Une étoile à contrecœur. L'ergonomie de l'application est désastreuse, mais avec l'habitude, la prise en main se fait. Possède quelques fonctionnalités très pratiques, mais qui se répercutent sur le site. Crash à chaque fois que l'application est mise en arrière plan. Le fait que le problème ne soit résolu après autant de temps est réellement triste pour une société de transport dans une aussi grosse ville. Faites quelque chose s'il vous plaît.

Tbm could make efforts to enhance the ergonomy of the app. Several crashes and bugs are noticed. Definitely Need review and improvements.
