At this time I am in Kiev Ukraine. It's a huge city and I wanted to get one of these things BUT when I select Ukraine as a country and put in my Ukr phone number it says Invalid format. Like what??????? It is the stupid app that doesn't make sense, costumers service doesn't know anything so don't bother with it!!!

This used to be a good service I really enjoyed using it before however after recently running a few scooters inside the correct zone the scooters only operate at 9 miles an hour which is very sad because how do they expect us to ride in the bikes on on the streets when they only go 8 miles an hour I almost got hit by a car because of the speed of the scooter decrease. School district go back to normal speed 15 mph that's the correct speed to ride in the bike lane on the streets other than that

Software is buggy and ux design is terrible. I couldn't end my session and the timer for the session will not stop even after I contacted support to end my session. My balance from the session I couldn't cancel still appeared under the payment tab and I ended up paying another $20 which is not refundable. 👎

Great shocks!! Takes a min to get going, but once u do, it's a nice shockproof ride!! LOVE the double break system too!! Cup holders (+ some with foot baskets to hold a few items) are a MAJOR plus!!!! Thanks Bolt!!!!

Huge rip off. Do not use this service. First we took the scooters out of the restricted zone(red) and 5 blocks into the "Green Zone" where they still did not operate. Upon notifying customer service they told us we were "in-between" zones whixh was not true accorsing to the map. We then returnes the scooters where we founs them next to the Bolt operators and asked for help. They did not offer any assitance so we logged off amd were then charged $25.00 a person on top of a $25.00 parking fee.
