Please take away the notification that says you've lost GPS fix for 60 seconds. It freezes the phone temporarily and its infuriating as you have to just sit and stare at your screen until it goes away. Not great when I'm trying to sort out a customer. Even happened while writing this and my keyboard just disappeared.

Install the app on my phone Would like to be able to scan off delivery with the barcode scanner onces you've arrived...not able to scan deliveries off you've got to manual action the orders off very disappointing

I use this app at work, for a well known supermarket. For the last few months I've had a problem where when I do a SHIELD check, if I choose 'fail' on the option where it asks if there's any damage to the vehicle, it will tell me that the journey cannot go ahead and to log off and contact transport. If there is a little scrape on the van and I click 'fail' then i have to decline journey or click PASS and put myself at risk. It use to let me choose fail, take a photo and then continue the journey

just been blasted by my boss because I am unable to code problems with items on delivery. please fix this or roll back the update asap. thanks for fixing... still only gets 1 star as it frequently crashes when uploading messages eg refunds/cancelled orders/site notes etc. seems the only way round is to uninstall then reinstall app... and hope you have manually recorded all info... NOT GOOD.

i use this app most days for work and the refunds not working is a pain. the 1 star is the fact that a company responds by saying it may release a fix or it'll be fixed in the next version. i was a programmer for over 30 years and would fix a bug asap and not be so flippent about an important fix. developer got back to me which is appreciated so thanks for that and for the fix.

The only reason for the omission of one star is it'd be convenient if there was a "scan barcode" option (like on the driver sign-in screen) in the container & item lists for a given delivery, as in my job each delivery consists of multiple containers containing multiple items, and so manually actioning each container, and then sometimes having to scroll through literally hundreds of items to manually refund a damaged or unwanted item is far less convenient than using the camera to scan them off.
