Booked a taxi using this and it never turned up. Called the company and they said they had no booking under the name I gave.

WARNING DONT USE!!! Used it other morning for work, gave 30 minutes notice, and then had to call because it didn't arrive, was told it was 4 min away, asked driver when he arrived and he said they had just called him, so don't use this just call!!! Very little info or options, can't set destination or time desired.
