Quitting kratom cold turkey, day 7 here. I've used this app for about 5 days consistently now, and what I like about it are the estimates of milestones. I've had a rough time, but looking and seeing that in a couple more days and so many hours the RLS will be gone, for example, has been of a big help in me staying focused.
