This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing FWD Flyer on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

the idea of the app is attractive. unfortunately it's an app that doesn't work. it couldn't even get pass registration stage (for my case, I'm using nric) because you can't even register despite numerous attempts. contacted their support team via email with screen capture errors. however their IT team claim they found no issues/problems, which is clearly not the case seeing all other comments here indicated the same issue/problem faced + screen capture error as proof.

Successfullly activate my service account but but cannot login. So i try to sign up again from the application. Signed up successfully and login error message cant retrieve my policy contract information. Basically every information of my policy contract i cant seem to view it as the error message say unable to retrieve pdf. One of the worst application.

I cannot access travel insurance policy I purchased moments prior to downloading the app. I've tried to logout/login but my policy still doesn't show up. Is there a delay with the sync or is this just plain poor app design?

Not able to log in via app despite having an online acct. No travel insurance policy shown in my online acct as well. False advertising about the ease of submitting claims via it or even showing flyer app for no payment.

The system hangs when i made payment with no notifications whatsoever. The Live Chat Agent need to train on how to reply to live chat enquiries. Never gonna take FWD again.

Our Travel App gives you quick access to your insurance needs like viewing your policy and submitting your Travel Claims . You can also retrieve a Medical e-Card for cashless claims, meaning you don’t have to spend a single dollar if you need to see a doctor after your trip.

Activating your eCard for Cashless Claims:

- Go to MY ACCOUNT tab to choose eCard
- Key-in OTP sent to your registered number
- Key-in date of return to Singapore
- Mention if you have seen a doctor while overseas
- Upload a photo of your boarding pass or itinerary


Clinic Locator

- Go to CLINICS tab
- Key-in either Clinic, Doctor, Address or Area
- Or filter by Type or Area.
- You can view map location, address, opening hours, and contact number.
- Press CALL BUTTON to contact the clinic


Contacts

Note that international roaming charges apply when overseas.

- Go to CONTACTS tab to access:
- Emergency Medical Assistance (Overseas)
- Police 112 (Overseas)
- FWD Customer Service (Local & Overseas)


History
- Go to HISTORY tab to access:
- View your previous claim details, as well as your dependants if applicable.
