Aplikacija je prilično konfuzna i teška za snalaženje meni koji koristim milion aplikacija i jedva se dolazi do opcije za naručivanje terapije ili bilo čega, jer aplikacija sama od sebe izloguje ali to ne dolazi do korisnika. Kako onda da ovo koriste ljudi koji imaju manje poznavanje aplikacija i ovakvij servisa? Morate je učiniti više user friendly.

Ima dosta prostora za unaprjeđenje. Prije svega treba omogućiti da aplikacija "pamti" jednom unijete podatke. Dodati mogućnost unosa podataka više lica (članova porodice), uz jednostavan odabir nekog od njih. Aplikaciju je neophodno periodično ažurirati.

Zakazani termini su nepouzdani, jer se dešava da su ljekari odsutni, a aplikacija nema ažurirane informacije o dostupnosti ljekara. Aplikacija ne može da zapamti korisnika, već je svaki put potrebno novo ukucavanje broja knjižice i pina. Ne postoji ni opcija 'paste' u formu logovanja. O user experience-u se nije razmišljalo.

Ne sluzi nicemu ,sem da se zakaze kod odabranoga doktora termin.Tako da je lakse tel nego ovako.Nalazi recepti itd itd ne moze se pristupiti novim tj zakazivanju terapije,yltrazenju uputa
