GET HELP Alert - FIND YOUR CHILD IF THEY’RE IN DANGER
MGM Pinpoint also has a free 'Get HELP' or ‘Panic Alert’ feature. When the red 'Get HELP' button is pressed by your child, a free SMS is instantly sent to Parents with a link in the message to your child’s most current location. For extra safety and protection, your child can also activate a loud audible alarm.
PROTECTING STUDENT PRIVACY
Activating this service is a family decision - but the safety benefits to your children are significant. If your child hasn't arrived to school - their safety may be at risk.
Respecting student privacy is an important issue for MGM. To protect privacy, MGM Pinpoint is only accessible to registered parents via secure PIN, and to schools during school hours only, (except 'Get HELP' services which are always available). It's designed to assist parents and schools to keep children safe and secure.
MGM’s systems comply with all Australian Federal and State Privacy and Student Safety Legislation, and are already used by over 1,000 schools and State Education Departments nationally. MGM Wireless never shares your personal details with any third party.
SCHOOL REQUIREMENTS
MGM Pinpoint is available free to all schools that use an MGM messageyou™ school SMS attendance , MGM Outreach™ parent messaging or MGM RollMarker™ Cloud App Student Attendance Recording system. You’ll know your child’s school is using MGM if you have received an SMS from your school informing you of MGM Pinpoint™.

BATTERY DISCLAIMER
MGM Pinpoint is a patent pending technology with advanced geolocation functionality and uses much less battery consumption compared to other location services - without any reduction in location accuracy. Your child will not notice any significant increase in battery use after installing MGM Pinpoint on their phone.

The user recognises and accepts responsibility for all the risks in terms of use and quality of operation, of availability, of security, of accuracy and of services, within the maximum limits authorized by Australian and any other applicable law. MGM Wireless Holdings Pty. Ltd. will not be held responsible in the case of delay, accuracy of child’s location or inability to transmit an SMS. The user accepts use of this application is under the user’s sole responsibility.
