I'm trying to set up school mode through the app via my phone, I follow the instructions online where it asks me to tap the 3 bars in the top left of the mobile and select School Mode. School mode is not there and yet it says on the box, School Mode. I'm not particularly Keen, It's complicated to set up and yet according to the Lets Get Started manual, it's not as simple as it suggests.

I have just purchased this watch because of the new Falls Detection feature. Unfortunately, everytime I try and input my Medical Information (including my name and Address) I get a dialogue box stating "Validation Error. Please try again". I can edit every other part of the app except Falls Sensitivity and Medical Information. Is this a bug within the New Feature?

App works well and the Adventurer gives fantastic peace of mind when my kids are out and about. I would like to see the addition of remote microphone monitoring to further enhance the great features of this device.

First time user and the app and watch paired perfectly without issue. Nice update to tap your child's location to see the option menu directly on the map! Would be great if a future update synced more data when the watch is charging (e.g. heartrate trend over the day, battery management info - e.g. is the screen on for 1hr during the day causing greater battery usage?) Overall very innovative and our child loves the adventurer watch!

Had a problem with the app making multiple notifications. Called the support no. and spoke to an actual human support agent who actually knew something about the device and app and was actually able to make a constructive suggestion which resolved the issue and was able to take and act on customer feedback. So rare! Well done!

Really disappointed. Got the Spacetalk Adventurer. The battery drained roughly within 4 hours on default settings enabled. I disabled location completely which on a full charge last 6hrs. I disabled everything except calls (with zero calls made or received) and battery still only last 6hrs on a full charge. We live in a city with optimum telco network reception. I will be returning this watch.
