This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing SMS Parking & Topup on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

About this app

Easy to use app for sending the most common SMS messages. You can pay for a parking ticket or send topups. App supports most providers within Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro regions. Self adjusting app using the provider information based on the currently inserted SIM card sends SMS messages to corresponding numbers in a predefined format.
IMPORTANT! Review of app permissions

Read phone state:
- Required for certain Lenovo devices (npr A328) to enable sending of SMS messages (besides \ "Send SMS \")

Send SMS
- Allows the app to send SMS messages

Read contacts
- Allows the app to offer contact list suggestions when using the topup service
