People over the phone are rude. You order a car through the app you never know what company its coming from so your price is always unknown.. Used to call all the time WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

The app is often shut off which forces you to call the dispatch station. Read other comments about that experience. Drivers will often argue with you about routes and... there is no way to pay via credit card. There are often times when drivers don't have change. So when you call the station, its a $2.00 credit card fee charged to the customer. This fee exists regardless when using this payment method.

App doesnt work right. Then when you call dispatcher.. They'll tell you they sent a cab and it NEVER COMES!! Horrible horrible car service.
