While the idea of this app is really worthwhile, there are a number of glitches which often make it ineffective and downright useless. When it works, it's great. But while away at Big White most of our group using Snowzat, experienced intermittent issues from dropping out to hanging/suspending without any reason. Hopefully, pending updates remedy these issues?

I trialed this app on the weekend and it was very useful, I even recommended it to my friends. After my trip concluded, during the week I discovered that it was on average consuming 12% of my 4,500mAh battery whilst running idle in the background. This is unacceptable and as a result i've no choice but to uninstall the app during the intermittent time between trips. If you can address this issue I will rerate to 4 stars. if you can improve the UX and performance then I can rerate to 5 stars.

absolutely rubbish. Missed stats lifts and runs. Tried different location settings nothing worked. The app was running in the background as advised however lift events were missed and not recorded and total kms for runs were also missing.

App crashes when you try and view the map from your stats page. Also, app doesn't give real time GPS location for friends, seems like there is a lag time.

Works quite well once all the permission been granted. You have to make sure the app continues to run in the background and not shutdown by power management bot.
