It works. But there are several things that can be done to improve the app: 1. Allow me to have "home" as a destination. This should be saved in app. 2. Allow "saved" destinations. 3. Fix the clunky lag that is present after each and every operation. The app "hangs" regularly.

I used the app to book my taxi no problems. On arrival to my end destination the driver said he could no longer accept card. As I didnt have any cash he demanded I give him my phone and he would take me home (he was dropping me at my place of work ) I explained I couldnt do that or I would lose my job he became extremely violent and abusive and I had to phone the police

not even close to user friendly , doesn't tell you where your car is , moving the map moves your pick up location , now is it just me that would rather have a standard pick up location until I change it and move the map to track the car ?? stupid , I won't be using it again

Really easy to use. You can book a taxi for there and then or pre book and it's still equally as easy, either way. It gives you all the info you'll need on your driver when your trip is scheduled. The fares are decent and not too expensive, also.
