Nothing is working in the app. Unable to make online payment since 2 months. Neither does customer care number work to be able to tell problems. Today had to go without medicines since I couldn't pay online ! My Google and phone pe are not responding so I couldn't do that either. I'd like to tell you this is the last time I'm seeing from you. Your app is not at all accepting payments. I'm put to untold misery. Bye bye.

very reliable and always prompt on time. I have received most of the medicines. sometimes I forget, even If I place order at 9pm, I would get it 11 if requested. I have been using for more than 2 years now.. no complaints so far. very strange to see so many negative reviews.. but I have never faced any issues with receiving.medcines or making online payment..

I was 1 of the few customers since Myra. Incredible ordering experience and extremely loved the 2 hour Delivery as this is the reason to go online. These guys try all means to arrange the medication from other places if it's not available with them (my registered Pincode for delivery) worst case scenario, they deliver the very next day. They were the only ones to deliver until 12 midnight and that too during the 2nd wave Covid lockdown I Bangalore. Hats off to all 👏 and ur absence is MISSED...

USELESS.... Before I had given 5 star for good service, (when it was Myra) available of medicines,a good discount n etc,etc..now this ml express has gotten worsen.no availablity of medicines,no reasonable discounts. Only push notifications and false promises.of delivery in two hours. I had ordered medicine on 22/04/21at 3pm after six hours waiting I didn't received the delivery, when I called customer care n asked about the medicine, they said tomorrow will be delivered, very funny..

If you have a big order, they are prompt. But for small order you will repent why they were chosen. You can not complain. On call you will get standard reply, order in process. If you have ordered for emergency, you are finished. My order of 15th june shown, will be delivered by 6 pm. It's 16th 12.50 pm, it's still in process. Finally got from market and cancelled the order.

Payment issue has finally been fixed but they seem to be running out of medicines at very fast clip. No way to find out when these medicines will be back in stock. No way to write since there is no chat or mail or text facility. Call to help center does not get answered. This is app review and not business. I continue to buy from them but now looking for alternarives
