Great info with app, but as a typical problem, the app uses too much battery that I had to completely turn off the app and everything else by 1pm to save the battery for photos. (100% as of 10:45am, and 30% by 1pm). Paper map works the best lol. Also, I wish "my plan" page is the first page comes up - I have to click thru to get to my plan page with the places I wanna visit.

Do not use this app if you have an Android phone. The app killed my new phone battery in 4 hours, making this completely unusable in the park. Disabling it did nothing to save my battery, I had to uninstall it completely. Gave the 2 stars because on an iPhone, the locator function was really handy but that was about it. The app kept losing internet connection on both phones, and the links to the Reserve 'n' Ride system were all broken. Really disappointing performance for a major theme park.

Buggy, slow and kept crashing randomly Trying to use the "planner" it reset a few times, once when I was trying to add events, once when I was checking things off, and once when I was trying to edit it after remaking it for the third time and gave up I had a good data connection and was signed into their WiFi (annoying account making process too) Estimated wait time was waaay off

Not worth the effort to use. None of the wait line times match the app. One ride said 75 minutes, but we walked past and it was only 15. Another said 25 minutes, but ended up in line for 53 minutes. Currently in line for 20 minutes, the app says 20 minutes...only problem is that we're only half way through the line. I'm leaving this review, uninstalling the app, and going back to the old school paper map. Legoland, please fix this for future park visitors.

I cannot remember ever having an app work worse than this. Constant crashes, taps don't take you where they're supposed to, takes up a ton of memory and battery to run . . . everything about it was awful. Not to mention that the "estimated wait times" were COMPLETELY wrong. Basically this app actively detracted from my experience of the park.

Had fun, but I wish you didnt have to pay for DIGITAL photos from rides. Its like 40 bucks for digital photos for the day? Frankly thats a rip off, and doesnt Legoland want to encourage people to cherish memories at their park? If those were free it would be an easy 4 star.
