I use this for the Ordnance Survey Landranger maps only, and it displays them OK but the app itself is not intuitive and feels cumbersome and old fashioned. I remember contacting support some time ago and found them aloof and arrogant, as if I should just understand the poor interface. The app does what I need, (basically show me if I'm on a footpath) but it's a poor and out dated app which I think now has some credible competitors.

Tried to move 1:50,000 maps from my "old" adventurer with tiny screen on to my android phone. Wouldn't call the process easy but it was not too difficult and the move was successful Trying it out I was disappointed to find that when recording my track the app would cut the corner off a left or right hand turn and not display the true route. I am at a loss to know why. That apart the app is very good and displays in full android screen which is nice and easy to read.

Very clunky app that is brilliant when it works, make sure when setting up that you allow it to access location at all times! Finding out how to do things without a manual can take a long time, use the memorymap chat/email. Good luck!

Wouldn't be without this app and its good value detailed topographic maps for walking and cycling in UK and France. Also used it in New Zealand.

Very good. I was disappointed that making routes was not easier / less cumbersome. The data is good though.

the tracking does not work in background mode and no reply from customer services. Edit: an email response from MM and some tweaks and now it runs well. One or two grid lines dropped from the OS 1:25000 maps. Im now working on how to work out my total trip ascent.
