App doesn't reflect all prescriptions that are on file for me. The pharmacy side can see them but are not listed in order with the oldest of each prescription is keep first so the pharmacist can use it before going to the next ordered from my doctor. I had more than one prescription that had 3 refills left and it expired without being used and a newer one was used up with a year left before it would have expired. I have personally talked to the head pharmacist more than once and she said .......

I rated this 5 stars and now 2 stars. This is because now, about every other time I use it, when opening it, a frozen splash screen appears. I then need to uninstall it and reinstall to use it again. Then the process begins over. I really like this app for the convenience.

This app no longer displays all of my current Perscriptions. An as much as I've tried I have been unable to correct this defect or problem. That's my reason for rating it at "2" stars!

This app is pretty good. Would like to see them add a way to make or leave a note for pharmacist when you refill. Also, if you could see the price of your filled prescriptions it would be great! Don't bother with the "express refill"--for a long time no one at my Meijer even knew how to use it--now they do & it's absolutely no quicker than regular checkout. Walmart has the express pickup down to an art!!

Easy to use and have no problem refilling prescriptions. The information you need regarding each medication is displayed such as prescriber, how many times you take it, refills and the cost. Good job on developing a much needed and useful app. Oh, and you're reminded of when refills are due and ready for pick up.😁

This is great when it opens, the key being when it opens. Most times I get the spinning circle. I have even uninstalled it and the reinstalled.
