Does not connect to app. It did yesterday but not today. Uninstall and re install app, wifi says it's connected, I turn off data.. app won't connect to camera.. they need to fix this.

This app is garbage. Clunky interface, need to forget WiFi settings and reconnect every time, sometimes the thumbnails are incorrect, pretty sure the location feature has never worked ever since I downloaded two years ago, and now that I've updated to Android 9 I can't connect to the camera at all. Literally the only feature I use in this app is broken, just like every other feature. This app is now useless to me and now I'll have to pull out the SD card and load it into my computer if I want my pictures. Hot garbage.

Can't see anymore the video's and can't download them. I have to remove the card from the camera to see videos

Asks for way too many permissions. Doesn't work unless you accept all. Doesn't connect to cam unless you disable data that might not be a specific app issue but that is just poor design. I use plenty of wireless networks with not internet connection and they all work fine for connecting to local resources. Image quality in app is also horrible. Second autovox camera I've used. Time to give up on this company.

The app works good for syncing with the auto vox D7dash cam and downloading videos, but the amount of permissions this app requires is ridiculously unneeded. As such, using my knowledge of Android development I have customized app that strips out such unneeded permissions, even got as far as to circulate it to friends and family who have also purchased the auto vox D7 based in my recommendations.
