1 because there is no 0 These guys are confirming a reserved taxi for a specific hour, but in fact they have not done anything before 15mins of your requested time. That being said, it means that if you ordered a cab at 3am for a flight, they will not show up on time if you are more than 15min of one of their cabs. Plus they put fault on you... bad service and worst app ever.

It usually took too long to queuing do I had to cancel the bookings... Now Im not allowed to use it anymore!
