Selected current date, clicked book later, confirm button is disabled. Tried different time, still same. Selected airport xpress, selected pick up and drop location from drop down, doesn't show either even after selecting. Why did you take trouble to build this app and confuse the user. Advice to fellow frustrated users, just use the contact numbers given in the description and call to book. Giving 1 star because there is nothing lower than this.

Very worst experience, We had booked the cab through an app for next day 4.30 AM, for station.Mega cab confirmed the booking through mail and SMS ,But on mid night at 12.05 am they refused to provide the service by making some excuses. But Then we didn't have any other alternative.

Finally.... Its a conman's app... Its the worst app to travel with. The rate card nowhere falls even close to real bill. They show x amount and charge 3xkn final bill. Cannot recommend it to anyone. But obviously need to have to have conversation with the customer support

Airport drop CANCELLED (EVEN AFTER CONFIRMING TRIP). Trip was booked at morning 9AM for 3AM next day..... Received confirmation BUT trip was canceled just a few hrs before pick up time..... Reason given : No cab/service in the area. NEVER TAKE MEGACAB TO CATCH FLIGHT..... HIGHLY UNRELIABLE

Poor application experience. Despite getting a confirmation email for cab booking, no cab was allotted to me even after 1 hr of booking. I needed a taxi about 6 hours from the time of booking, at 3:30 am to the Bangalore airport. Due to lack of confirmation, I had to seek another taxi service provider.
