Wasn't user friendly. Couldn't help locate or find rooms within the hotel. Wouldn't open up and when it did, it would act up. Last night before checking out, it actually worked like it was supposed to. I also encountered the Same issues with the Marriott app. Wasn't able to pull up my guest regiatration, or access my account to enable the door unlock with phone option. ?!

Worse than no map. The turns aren't labeled, so it just says "turn left" and if what the simplified line drawing shows doesn't match up with what you can see around you, there are no other labels. You can't ask for directions from your current location or an elevator, you have to find a room. Truly a sub par effort that really would have been a valuable tool done better.

Terrible. Shame no 0 star option. Enter roomnu.ber and get nothing, but it knows it if you save as a favorite, but you cannot navigate to a saved spot. Does not use GPS really, so no idea where you are. The location button does not work. And you can't find it in your apps once you install it.

Didn't work. Trying to use it multiple times. Sometimes the buttons to find amenities, such as the swimming pool, didn't work at all, no matter how many times you tapped the button, it did nothing. Other times it would pull up directions from a location I wasn't at, and give me directions from that location, but with a hotel this large, I didn't even know how to get to the location it was starting from.

I wanted to look at all the different Gaylord Hotels. The app will not let me change locations/Hotels from the first location I choose. I had to uninstall this app and reinstall it. The "let us help discover" screen does not give you the option to not let you discover. It's very frustrating. FYI, under General, location, it lists the same Maryland address for the Texas location, and others.

Worst. App. Ever. The only reason I kept it through the stay is it has a map on it. The navigation is horrible, going from our room on the third floor in the delta wing to the solaria restaurant it had us do meaningless paths such as going to an elevator on delta Island to the third floor only to take the steps back down to the 2nd floor (which was right next to the 2nd level elevator doors). Each time you change level on the map it changes perception to the same corner.
