It's super slow, and needs to seriously fixed, I was using this to stay in contact with my providers at the VA. Now, I bought a new phone and it does not even work, this app is a giant joke.

Extremely extremely slow and has bugs. It keeps not responding to input or then skips a screen or tries to close a session if you a click a button again with 3-5 minutes of staring at the same screen because it didn't respond the 1st time. Very very frustrating! I have a Galaxy S10 plus. But did it on my S9 plus also. And I've tried wifi AND cellular data over months in several different locations.

This mobile app is very slow and than it wants to close as soon as you have logged in. It needs a complete overhaul.
