I have tried several times to connect this app to my device and it hasn't worked. I have followed the advice of keeping it within 1 meter of my device and it still didn't work. My phone held so that there was a few cms space. I also know my serial number is correct as I had a new home monitor delivered and serial numbers are checked before it's dispatched. The YouTube tutorial offered no extra insight. All in all, I would say don't bother.

App worked perfectly on my old galaxy s9, my phone died, and now it says it's not compatible with my new s21. So inconvenient. Hopefully there will be an update soon.

The app provides the user no data. That's a choice the app developer made and it is a poor choice. Especially for athletes, at least provide heart rate data as a function of time. The sensor could be interfaced with Strava to greatly assist the user in understanding heart rate vs. effort.

should give nmore cardio feedback to the wearer , telephones and smartwatches give much more info and they are external. The menu on app is often 75% missing, ie greyed out. Could be 5 stars with more thought and imagination. Updated app on 29/01/21 and it deleted ALL of my stored data except transmission timings. This app needs more empathic work on the user data.

It worked fine when I had a Samsung S20-5G. I had to replace it, and got the S21-5G Ultra and it's not compatible. Go figure...

Things I don't like. Bluetooth has to be on. Location has to be on. It will not run if battery saver is on. I like the physical activity chart.
