Awful, don't waste your time downloading this and trying to navigate. It doesn't even link to your appointments or records. It'll take you to the portal that you would access on the website. Why download this app if you have to jump through hoops? Incompetence and idiocy designed this app.

The app allows me to log in with my fingerprint - that's great... Unfortunately, it doesn't link me to any of my information - not even past appointments. When I click on patient portal it has me sign in with my password. What is the sense in using it? My husband has the same issues. Please fix this.

Not a developer issue, but I have been in the Medstar system for years and have used the Patient Portal for years. Yet this app does not link my existing patient account. I had to register again with all the same information as a new user and it still did not link to my existing Medstar account.
