This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Medscape CME & Education on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Update: After 3 days, customer service replied to my email, and my CEs showed up in the Activity Tracker. I printed all of my certificates immediately in case my CE record is ever lost again. The Activity Tracker is no longer showing over 5.0 CEs of mine. I would have taken screenshots of each certificate as I completed each course but the certificate does not display properly in the app. Customer support is very slow getting back with me. I really hope someone can fix this.

this is really disappointing. i was trying to do cme on "combination therapy choices in severe COPD". but i just couldn't download the slides, it showed downloading, then every time i try again it shows "file already exists". but where? only God knows!

i tried a lot to print my certificate or to download it anyway to my phone from this app but failed. Really bad experience. After completing the activity it only displays my certificate in cme tracker menu but there is no option how to print or download it

App fails to load one or more questions at the bottom and you can't finished. Happened to three activities. I'm sticking with the website.
