The application needs so serious improvements. It is laggy and full of bugs after updates. The customer care service is not at all reliable. Once you order there is not surety it will reach on time and if you try to contact cc you'll hear only one answer 'med is on track'. They sound human bots! My suggestion is kindly invest more on customer support and atleast try to stand 50% on what you promise in advertisements. Medicines are life saving, avoid delays and intimate incase of cancellation!

There is always some problem in app navigation. Delivery address is not saved, medicine go out of cart automatically. Seems purposely it is done as they are not capable to deliver or operate. Your money got stuck. Last day they will cancel order. In history it is not properly visible.

Cancelled a lab test thrice and yet I'm getting messages saying there's a collection scheduled tomorrow. Spoke to excutives and one lab technician. Still no luck. The phone numbers provided for support doesn't even connect most of the times and rarely connects through to a exec. There's no email id provided as well to raise a concern.

The app is good for ordering medicines but after you place the first order you are flooded with sales calls everyday at odd hours, asking you if you want to order medicines again. If we need a refill, it will be ordered don't flood us calls. It becomes a nuisance. I have blocked all their numbers now. Whomsoever is going to order please be aware the after effects of the first order.

Worst experience. Returned medicine worth 1500+ but didn't receive refund till now. Its been around a month since my return request. Medicines are already collected by them long ago but no refund. Also talked to customer care numerous times but all they say is that they have registered my complaint and that I will receive refund in 3 days but no refund even after a month. How can such a huge corporate have such inefficient system. Really disappointed.

Poor interface. No online chat available for resolving the issue. Advance payment is not available. Even after completing order the payment can't be made.
