There's no provision of applicant's address. There's no information about how the person will get the Donor Card.

About this app

The e-Donor Card app allows you to carry your Donor Card anywhere you are using your smartphone. The Donor Card from Mohan Foundation expresses your desire to donate your organs and tissues. It also contains your name, address, blood group and emergency contact information. Having this information on your phone is very useful in case of an accident or emergency. Currently, the e-Donor Card app is limited to those who hold an Indian mobile number.

If you have previously registered as a donor on Mohan Foundation’s website (www.mohandfoundation.org) you can download your donor card information into this app, after verifying your email address and phone number. If you have not previously registered you can register as a new donor via the app. Once you are a registered user you can update your information at any time from the app, and it will be synced with the website.

Note: Currently, this application is restricted to Indian clientele with 10 digit mobile number. We are in the process of making it available for world wide clientele. Please bear with us.
