The app looks great in the app store preview... The problem is that it's nothing like the preview when you download it. The app, once downloaded, appears to be useless. Serves no purpose whatsoever. It has no function. If you are considering purchasing the freedom guardian watch because of the great video showing the interaction with the app.... please stop. The app doesn't work. So.... Forget about all the neat features of sending Dr reminders to the watch from the app. It's non-existent. 👎

ACTIVATION notice was NOT in the box. A review stated app wouldnt accept info, i also experienced this BUT a quick email to address below solved issue in less than 1 minute. The user guide explains functions, nowhere is their detailed documentation how to move within function-I would never lower the rating because of it. The watch, the portal app and the downloadable app has given me my FREEDOM. Having ALS my speech and walking questionable but with Freedom I'm able to go out by myself :)

Ap wont take my data. Looks like others have the same issue. Of course customer support is closed now. Poor performance for the cost.

when I open the app. it shows me my people in my circle and my profile.. nothing else. it wont show me reminders, or calendar. very disappointed, I have a watch that only shows me the time and for help that is sad

The salesman did not tell me that it costs $5.00 a month extra to use the calendar and messaging features. The app is not worth much without these features.

App won't accept login info. I know it's correct because I can log in to the website, but the app insists that "user is unknown."
