This app features over 2 hours of professional audio narration to 31 national landmarks in Washington, DC. Your virtual tour guide Jeff leads you through the most famous DC landmarks. Each landmark stop offers 4-6 minutes of detailed audio description telling your about the historical significance, architectural features, hidden symbols and their meanings and more. This interactive app allows you to hear the stories as you witness the landmark details with your own eyes. Whether you walk, drive or bike, you'll get directions to the 31 national landmarks and all other point-of-interest through the map interface. You choose the order of each stop and go at your own pace. Why spend over $50 for a tour guide when our interactive mobile app tells you everything you'll want to hear about each landmark for free. We request donations to keep the service free to the public. In addition, a portion of the proceeds will go to benefit the National Park Service and DC area homeless shelters.
