SCAM ALERT! I got the cheaper Trial plan to try it out, put it on hold which promised "put a hold on your account at NO COST", reactivated and automatically got charged $92.54! One restaurant in every 3 blocks give or take that offer one meal. No choices for NYC. If you wanna cancel, you got to do it 7 days before billing cycle. You can only order before 2pm before the app shuts down. I printed the mealpal logo and wrote SCAM on it and a lot of coworkers appreciated the shoutout.

This is a scam. It stores your credit card details upfront and keeps randomly charging. Do not use this

Mealpal will communicate with you to solve problems. My app crashes everyday at 1pm. I have to restart my phone.cleancookies Force stop ect don't work. I hope the techs are looking into this. OLD MESSAGE: This app can be so frustrating. It would be nice to have a better way to communicate with mealpal. If there is an issue.

Deliberately challenging to cancel the subscription. Also, PokeTheory staff claimed that the MealPal order was different from the regular, when in fact the advertised image was the regular version; my MealPal order was missing its Tobiko! Will not recommend. Shady.

MealPal has come a long way & it is now a great service. They keep expanding the no. of participating restaurants. It would be great if we could modify the meals through the app. But at least I have been able to call restaurants directly to assure they don't put mayo-based dressings on my food. Not sure if that can continue, once more people come back to the office.

The app has a lot of usability issues which makes vastly sup-par compared to the product the company is offering. I cannot find which locations will have offerings until after 5pm the day before. I can't even get a listing of locations. I have to force quit the app and reopen it inorder for updates to show up. No way to tell ahead of time if I will run out of meals before or after my month is over. I don't get any push notifications. There is no option to pre-order from a location prior to 5.
