I put in an order, which never made it to the restaurant, and they still charged me $3.47 (I have no idea where that amount came from). Now I'm trying to get the money back and they are making it really difficult. Do not use this app! Update (5/6/21): Responding to your request that I contact you, I already have. I've literally talked on the phone with someone from your company 3 times. Each call ended with them saying they would credit my card back, but I STILL haven't seen anything.

This app had no drivers to delivery my food. They called after 2 hours and asked me to go to the store to pick up the food. They ignored my questions in the support ticket. They feel like a Scam.

Edit: Not only did i not get my money back, when i disputed the charge through my credit card company, they fought it. This app is a scam. If you want me to reach out. Please provide contact details. Ordered and then they canceled my order. I better get my money back.

Complete SCAM *do not use*. Can't believe they're not shut down. Long story short, I ordered a meal, heard no word from restaurant or the app, called the restaurant, number was disconnected, so I went, in person, to the restaurant, and it had long been closed. Submitted a support ticket to Mealhi5 (should be a huge red flag that they have no phone number) and eventually just won my case against them with PayPal, because they never even once tried to respond to the support ticket. DO. NOT. USE.

This is the worst of all meal delivery services. In *both* of the last 2 occasions I've used MealHi5, I've had to actually go just pick up my own delivery because it had been over an hour and 30 minutes after I had ordered and MealHi5 wouldn't even answer a support call
