Timings sucks never accurate..shows timings but bus never actually come.. call center can't help at all when it comes to delays .. they take complaints but there's never action or solutions for the problem always happening... Never able monitor there bus drivers cause some never pass by the stopping point... Bus stop are there to mark where people should wait but what's the use of no bus stop there!!!

not accurate thumbs down RTA for this. Bus on the timetable never shows up often. When you call the contact center thats the time you will know that the trip got cancelled or rescheduled while you are waiting to be dried under the heat of the sun because the bus didnt came without you knowing.

BUS TIMING IS THE WORST OR MAYBE IS LIKE A TRASH??!! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR AN HOUR FOR BUS HERE IN SPORT CITY. TWO BUSES DIDN'T COME. I'M WAITING AND NOT ONLY FIRST TIME, I ENCOUNTERED MANY MANY TIMES!!! LIKE I'M MELTING WHILE WAITING BECAUSE OF THE SUMMER SEASON.

The worst bus in Dubai is bus 17 and the worst behaviour of these driveres ..no respect they will not wait you even though you are near and raised your hand to them ..they always igonre you and call center didn't help at all at any time

The Departures feature is really helpful. The trip planner is helpful to plan journeys well ahead of time. Overall this is a very good app. 👌👌👌 It takes a couple of days to get used to it. After that it is very easy to use. 👍

Last few days I had to wait for more than 30 mins at the Emirates metro station because of delays and wrong updation of info regarding bus 24 to international city on wohjati app
