This is worst app and fraud medanta. I booked online consultation and paid 1500. After confirm consultation, when we joined the zoom app, no doctor joined it. After that i dropped the mail asking for either refund or re-appointment. No replies. I have dropped 3 mails for asking refund, but no response from them. Its a way to make money. They just take money and after that, nothing happens. No refund no nothing. This is very shameful behaviour done by such a big brand. They are looting common people. They dont even care to respond to your mails. Dont even try this app or medanta clinic. Administration is totally fraud. Shameless people.

Totally ridiculus app. Doctors don't turn up despite paying the consultation upfront. You keep calling the help desk and get the same reply that doctor is busy. Even of tou want to cancel the appointment, you are told that money will be refunded in 7-14 days. Pathetic.

easy to understand but issue sometimes get in dr appointment and reminder if dr in leave.We have not get clear information. If some provisions put on notice of appointment cancelled so its better. Thanks of medenta team.

Unable to register. Not getting OTP either on phone or email. It would be great if some one can look into the issue and help in resolution.

Pathetic customers service. Nobody picks up the call. Nobody can login to the app, neither as a first time user, nor as a regular user. No support is available.

Worst app - do not depend on them. Your patient will suffer but they don't pick the call. They have the worst customer service team and their app sucks. Not recommended at all.
