This app currently goes into numerous buffering which leads to tremendous delays in getting access to live feeds resulting in the ultimate purpose getting defeated. Its very important that your team looks into this matter and prepare a new algorithm to expedite the process. There are numerous people using this app and it's imperative that the HiLook team rectifies this issue on a war footing. Look forward to the new and improved update from your end.

It was brilliant until last update of the app a couple of weeks ago & since it keeps telling me it's off line... even though camera names are visible on app & NVR details are correct on app......I have uninstalled & reinstalled, logged in & out many times it just won't connect 😖 UPDATE ... after contacting the developer they pointed out that the firmare version of the NVR was out of date....After updating the Firmware of the NVR the app worked brilliantly again... So thank you Hikvision..

Ok but has flaws and security issues. No speed up time when reviewing recorded footage. Sharing cameras with family is hard... much easier on other apps. App ask me to update but does not take me to Android app store but instead to there web site. If you Clint on the app you have installed nothing updates but something happens. It could be spy wear or a back door. These days you can't be too careful. I'm uninstalling and using another brand that doesn't practice this business model.

Keep on getting: video playing failed. Error code 246520 after the cameras work for about an hour... and there is NO information available on this.

Pathetic! Asks for update after every 2-3 seconds and that too from their own store. Updated it just to get rid of this update message and guess what? New update is the worst! Full of bugs and issues, lags like hell and worst interface!
