Using BlueStacks

Previous iterations have been good. However, for the last 1 month has been terrible. Simply unable to login. Discussed with alarm company who blame it on my phone, the WiFi, if I'm at home, if I'm not at home etc for the 'signal' issues. Long and short of it is that I've now installed and uninstalled the app 3 times in as many weeks to get it to work sporadically at best. Very frustrating, as I have liked it pretty reliably for the 2 previous years I've had it. Not any more....

App appears stable & OK to me, but a few minor improvements please 1) The return key should also login 2) when the app times out it should at least return to the alarm selection page. Obviously eventually being able to do more advanced features would be fab.

Used this app for over the past year ... never ever let me down.. since 2021 started this app is usless crashes constantly.. unable to load my camera's even when on strong WiFi Getting a joke now and ive started to look else where You have camera's fitted too your house for peace of mind, whats the point of having peace of mind if you cant use the app !!!!!

We use this app for our pryonix home alarm system. The app isn't great, it crashes frequently and often needs to be reopened and closed several times to make sure the alarm and disarm features work. I've no confidence on being able to rely on it in an emergency, and always carry an alarm keyfob just incase.

Absolutely rubbish. Since the last update the app continuously crashes over WiFi. Reset WiFi and works for a day or so and then crashes again. Have to rely on phone Internet to view cctv which now doesn't work either. Please sort this issue out it worked perfectly up until recent updates.

Dire, used to be a fab app all the features no longer work constantly crashes have exactly the same problem as everybody else since it's updated LogMeIn logs me out of its own accord sometimes that's XY login sometimes doesn't really hit-and-miss and not very good when you need instant playback
