It deletes everything you've worked on, if for any reason your screen goes black it doesn't matter if it's at the end of the survey for just one second you don't get credit for it, after that one seconds it, and don't even think about going back to take it from the app, because you'd be disappointed, and trying to take another survey it's not going to happen, everytime I've used the app, I never finished not one survey. I advise against it, but I won't stop you from trying, it your choice. 😡😡

Uninstalled. Never qualified for surveys and they kept only one that i was not qualifie for in the list to take. Refreshed and the same one keeps coming up or a long list of invalid ones. Trash App. I've been with this company for many years and stopped taking surveys a long time ago, then restarted, and went thru at least 50 and none i qualified for. My cash balance is $4.50 and you need $5.00. I wonder how many surveys I'll have to go thru to find one that will pay 50¢ so i can get my cash?

I've gotten free diapers twice, and was PAID $3 for my participation once... But NEVER have I EVER been paid for a survey, sadly. DQd so much. Even if I completed it, my account ALWAYS said ZERO, till the first diaper study. What, is up with that?? Makes zero sense. I have done enough surveys and studies that I should have at least a few more bucks in my account, fr fr... But nuthin more, except $3 more for the second diapers should show up sometime... Weird. Are they keeping all the clients' money, not paying us, "cause glitches," but are still running the studies?? I wonder... I really should have some more $$ by now...

i am also only giving this 1 star so i can post a comment about this application.. I have been trying to do these surveys but just like any others answer 1 or two questions and then you get kicked ... this is very frustrating... You all need to fix this for I know I am not the only one that has had this issue you want to give us some surveys that we can actually do please and thank you.. I love doing surveys and would love to do them here for Survey Cloud but never get further then the first two questions before it tells me unfortunately my profile does not match the criteria for the survey. PLEASE FIX THIS or ill just remove this from my pc and from my phone.

Its not accepting new memebers at this time which is stupid, it should be like every other app where theres a sign up button at the bottom.

So far, for whatever the reason, I am not eligible for ANY survey I attempt.. Or, if it pays out anything than a couple of dollars, even if I respond to the receipt the same day it is sent, I'm told: "We are sorry this survey has reached the maximum number of participants." As a mostly, homebound, disabled person, on a limited, fixed income, this is very discouraging, as it does seem I am being singled out as ineligible for every survey I attempt. As a result, after months of attempts, my Survey Cloud balance remains at 0.00. I would like to know why this always is the case for me. If anyone knows, please comment on this review.
