so many negative feedback here. i hope they will update this apps. i can't login even my password and email is correct. neither for one times typing for email and password then trying click forget the password they always appear "sorry its blocked for multiple typing error, please try after 6hr etc". please fix this problem and upgrade/update ypur apps.

Poorly developed, too many issues and bugs. I noticed that the app was last updated 2 years ago. Not sure if SM has plans of making this more robust and efficient. Uninstalling but giving this feedback in case they have plans of a redesign in the future. Clearly DB needs updating. In my case, card has been renewed but record on this app still shows that it's expired. Contact Us option for comments does not accept special characters. No periods, commas and question marks allowed. Weird!

I got new mobile number but customer service cant even change my old number with my new one. Second, when you register in this app, they will ask for expiration date of the card, which has nothing on their new card. So if you want to check your points, you need to ask the cashiers

Cant log in anymore. I use my correct email address when i registered and need to change passwords but it's telling me that my email is incorrect even when it was your app that already reported back to me what email address i used yo register. Pls fix ASAP

the skip button is unresponsive. i'm forced to link my fb account just to continue. even then i'm forced to let the app access my email address because the app can't continue otherwise. after all that trouble, the app will be loading perpetually

i love using my smac ! it saves point which I can use later to redeem. what I hate about it is I can't use it for cinemas! its such a waste cause my family and I watch movies at least once a month and theres 5 of us! imagine the points if ever there will be. also, I hate the logo! it looks so pre-historic on my Phone. and lastly, theres no QR code! what if I accidentally left my card at home!? please have one.
