Unlock/lock status on car is often incorrect/not up to date. A functionality to manually update the current status within the app would be more reassuring. One of the features in the old app that I would like back is the ability to add more than 1 vehicle to an account (why should we be limited to 1 vehicle to view and maintain?). Additionally, the old app displayed %s for the battery's level, while the current app simply says "partially charged" which provides no value to me.

Great app and have been using it for 2 years now to control the vehicle. I'm not sure if it's the app or the vehicle but lately, sending Google map directions has been challenging. it either works or it doesn't but still love the app.

An app is only as good as it's programmers and administrators. Sadly though I otherwise find this app to be useful and well designed, it fails miserably in it's execution. more particularly, despite repeated efforts by myself and by the dealer, it does not contemplate the trade-in of one vehicle for another. Thus, it intermittently defaults to a vehicle that I no longer own and provides false positives regarding the status of that vehicle (e.g., door opened, unlocked, mpg).

I recently purchased my mercedes and I am thoroughly impressed, it has many options which includes the mercedes me app. I am still in the process of learning the capabilities but I am totally thrilled with what I've seen so far 😄

it's ok. hopefully they can add temperature control (ie, remote start with the heater or air conditioning running) i didn't realize what i was missing until i had this car for a while.

great app! all features work perfectly, plus was able to integrate with Alexa to command to start in the morning, to check fuel range; even to conveniently send a way point that gets added directly to the navigation system, or send a reminder from Alexa that will appear on the MBUX notification area where your phone messages appear (and you can customize your notification preferences from an audible cue and a pop-up on the screen or just silently being added to your notification queue).
