The app won't allow you to book a table, 'oops!something went wrong' start over or try again are the options which takes you back to 'oops! Something went wrong. It asks you to call the pub direct which won't take a table booking over the phone!!!!!! I'll go and bang my head against the wall I may get a little further!!!

Too buggy. Choose mealtime then choose time, and mealtime disappears and you have to enter it again. Also, even with an account, you have to enter your personal details each time you book. Even with your favourite restaurant registered, you have to do a search every time. If a time is nearly fully booked you're asked to phone them. Don't bother, they don't bother answering. Pointless app, may as well just use the website. The pub itself was OK though, nice carvery!

My husband and I went for a carvery, which we do quite often, with the Covid infection being around we haven't been out for a fortnight, and I must say how wonderful it was to be welcomed once again ,the food was amazing, and the staff was delighted to see us again 10 out of 10 thankyou.

The app works fine, table booking, QR scanning etc, the offers you build up are good, but I don't understand the point of the "pay at table" bit when you've got to order (and scan your QR) at the bar anyway? With the covid19 restrictions now would be a good time to bring out a full app like spoons and greene king.
