very difficult to use never allowed me to complete and not good if you are a bluecard holder like myself always have to have my order taken by a member of staff so whats the point of the app

Frustrating !!! Although the app works well on occasions, it frequently logs you out and won't let you back in. This is down to the O2 server which doesn't seem capable of dealing with more than one customer at a time. An urgent upgrade is required to give customers a less stressful experience.
