I've just downloaded this app as there was a free drink on offer yet there's no free drink waiting in the wallet! No way of getting help from customer care. Not happy one bit. Why advertise free drink and not honour the same. I will give more stars if I get what I'm owed!

Ive tried about 10 times to sign up to this app because its my birthday on 5/12 and as with the previous 2years I had planned on going to your Oxford restaurant to celebrate. It wont accept any of my email addresses on the sign-up form so I cant join. Its infuriating.

looks like a good app with offers and promotions , but it asks for your favourite browns and then sends offers to a different location , one that I will probably never visit. so not much use at the moment 🤔
