Waste of Time! Using the app to try and order drinks was useless. If you try to order anymore than 1 drink it freezes... but if you add one to the basket and then update it within the basket it's fine??? Then once you've done that, tring to pay is a nightmare. The screen just freezes; and if you're lucky enough to enter payment details, it then freezes again and says there is an error. You'd be quicker going to the bar than waste your time on this rubbish app!

Tried to order at table, but it's unusable! Took three attempts to access the menus and such a long delay when it did that I thought the app had crashed and had stood up to go to the bar when they finally appeared. Tried ordering, but everything I clicked took ages to respond: select drink, wait 20secs, quantity looks like a 7 so I add 1 to check, wait 20 secs, amount changes to a 2. Great, I'm only ordering one so click to decrease amount, wait 20 secs... Give up and walk to bar. Uninstalled.

So convenient being able to order drinks on the app, however it has the following problems: Having to confirm bar location and table number for every order, No email confirmation/receipt for orders placed. Track&Trace-you need to be able to add arrival & departure times (and date) to ensure information is accurate.

Misleading promotion of "complimentary winter espresso martini when you sign up". Once you download the app and sign up, the terms and conditions say that you need to buy a main meal to get the 'complimentary' drink. And if you forgot to check the T&C the bar staff will tell you in a patronising and condescending manner. I'm going to report all bar one to ASA.

My wallet keeps crashing! Before the new expiry date was put in it was ok. I have uninstalled and put in again but doesn't make any difference. Does anybody know what to do?

Android Samsung S7 and S8 unable to split bill by items to pay bill on App. Have to wait for Apple users to pay for their items so we can pay remaining bill. Please sort this bug for Android Thanks
