Terrible! 10 notifications that the app was updated. Then it disconnected from the washer and dryer and I couldn't reconnect. Called customer support number in the app and the option selection didn't work, so I had to find another number. I got transferred to the support and have been on hold for a half hour and counting. It doesn't provide any update as to wait time or caller number in queue. Just music from a radio station that has static. I'm calling the appliance store next.

This app is a hot mess. I only wanted it to tell me when my clothing is done. I literally don't care about any of the other features. It often kicks me out of the app so I don't get clothing complete notifications and have to log back in. Starting today it has been telling me every 20 minutes or so that it finished updating. This started at abut 4:00 am. Please fix these issues and I'll change my rating.

It worked until it didn't. Constantly getting logged out of the app even though I checked stay logged in. Now it says it can't connect to either of my appliances and it has not been anywhere near the free 6 months and hasn't been working for about a month anyway. Also had received numerous error messages and when I went to check them there was nothing there.

The app is a complete waste of time. It's buggy, constantly disconnecting the appliances and freezing. I agree with all the other reviewers that paying for this app is completely ridiculous. Worst of all, the company is sneaky about charging a subscription fee (per appliance!) for their app that doesn't do much more than tell you that the wash/dry cycle is done. Wow - real cutting edge. Set the timer on your phone and save yourself the aggravation.

the app itself is easy to use and does it's job. paying a dollar a month subscription fee, just to start the thing and get a notification when a cycle is done??? Absolutely ridiculous. none of my (much more functional) smart devices require a subscription to use. the adoption to use this technology will die with a subscription. Maytag, do market research on smart home devices. garage doors, lights, outlets, thermostats, even video cameras don't need a subscription.

The app continuously freezes at the main start up screen. Also, you cant stop the endless notifications without uninstalling! Aggravating! There was an update notification and I got over 20 of them, one right after the other, no matter how many times I deleted it.
