The Video Appointment app lets patients with scheduled Mayo Clinic video appointments

- View upcoming video appointments and get friendly reminders through email or text—patients can choose.
- Connect through video/voice/chat with their Mayo Clinic provider for diagnosis, treatment and care guidance.
- Securely exchange medical information, files and messages with providers.

Once downloaded, the software will automatically test the patient’s device before the appointment, checking camera, speakers, microphone and internet connections for full functionality.
