Used to work fine on mobile phone in the house and away from home, now all it says is offline, tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still the same. Works OK on the TV but its absolutely useless at the moment, was waiting to see if new update required but so far nothing. Not been able to use for months now

App can sometimes be slow to load. The main issue though is that the UI is pretty appalling. Help screen is absolutely no help at all. Get rid of the jargon and use language that the layperson can understand.

Poor to date. Probably nothing to do with equipment, more likely to do with installation. Constantly going off line. Guys who installed equipment have failed to return and resolve our problems dispite our requests.

Offline and no way to get it working. The guy that installed has disappeared and there is no help centre or number to fix it. Don't get this, horrendous.

Does not work outside the house. Totally defeats the object of having it in the first place. Useless. Months later. Now not working at all. Eighteen months on even worse.
