MaxPreps is getting better but there's still a lot of issues with scores not being reported & showing up in the app. These are things that needs to be addressed & corrected. Just don't understand why some scores are not being shown in the app. Also, the teams that you follow should be unlimited, not just 16. This is suppose to be one of the best high school sports apps. The developers needs to correct & fix these issues....

The app kinda works but has problems. You can't just back up one screen. Instead, it kicks you completely out of the game you're scoring. Also, under "Big Play", there's no option for an interception. There's also no change of possession option for interception. So while the app is nice for keeping track of the game for those that can't attend, it isn't very user friendly or intuitive.

Ok, at first I didn't want the app, but it has made live scoring and keeping tabs on my teams a lot easier. My phone has technical issues sometimes, so the app keeps tabs where I was. Would be nice if I could edit live scores, in multiple quarters. I had a technical issue that didn't switch quarters and continued scoring in the previous quarter, but the score was correct overall.

Currently not enjoying. As a coach it is nearly impossible to navigate the Android app on the phone. Reporting a score is ok, but if I want to record stats I have to go to my computer, as there is no clear way to do it on the mobile app. My password is not the same on the PC as it is on my phone it seems. I had to email the staff to figure out how to reset it, and again... navigating to that is not at all intuitive. I complained in a follow up email, and got no reply.

Get to the game, version completely updated and there is NO WAY to check in. It is nowhere to be found. Garbage you make this change on game day! Finally get in after the drop-down in score tracker appeared to score. App locks up and I have to swipe it away many times. 4th quarter and now the drop-down to continue scoring refuses to drop down. Trash app!

Although it's sometimes a little difficult to navigate among locations, the app is pretty intuitive. The best features are for scorers and reporters. If you are reporting stats live for a game, entering play-by-play is easy, even in a fast paced game. The biggest problem I encountered was when a game is rescheduled to an earlier time during playoffs. Scorers can't check in earlier than Maxpreps's scheduled time. You can't report the early time change through the app. Overall, it's great!
